It will be breezy today with a southeast wind at 10-20mph. This is the on shore flow that is increasing the humidity across southeast Texas and will make things a bit uncomfortable with highs in the low 90's over the weekend.
A frontal boundary is pushing into west Texas this morning and will be the trigger for some heavy rain in north and central Texas over the weekend. For the Houston area, only a 30% chance for passing showers Saturday and Sunday.
Tailgaters at the Texans game will need to stay cool and may have to dodge a stray shower on Sunday.
The Ragweed remains heavy.
