After a cold start with lows in the 30's temps will rebound into the mid 60's this afternoon. The normal high for this time of the year in Houston is 70 so we're still below normal. High cirrus clouds will mix with sun today and should make for a great sunset this evening. Chilly mornings and mild afternoons continue through the workweek.
