A winter weather advisory has been issued  from 10am-5pm Wednesday.  The threat of more icy weather is back again. This time our neighbors to the North may see a thin layer of patchy ice on bridges and overpasses. Colorado, Austin, Waller, Grimes, Walker, Trinity, and Washington counties are included in this advisory.

A hard freeze watch has also been issued from 1am - 8am Thursday for the above counties to include Montgomery, San Jacinto and Polk counties to the North of Houston. This means that temperatures will likely drop below 25 degrees for at least 2 hours or more early Thursday morning. The temperatures will continue to fall Wednesday evening all the way into the low 30s.  You will need to repeat the drill we had last week to protect your plants, pets and pipes, even in Houston.
