The center of Issac is about to move through the Northern portion of the Windward Islands. That means that Issac is about to enter the warmer Cariibbean waters where Isaac could strenghten. As a result a Hurricane Watch has been issued for the British Virgin Islands. More on Isaac and and a new depression on my Tropical weather blog.
