Ok, Tropical Depression #19 looks to be on its way to becoming 'Richard' later today and eventually a hurricane as it heads toward the Yucatan this weekend. If it survives its trek across land it could emerge in the Gulf of Mexico. Obviously, this is one we will have to watch carefully. However, if the computer models are correct, a cold front will sweep cooler air into Houston next Friday (the 29Th) and push what there is of the storm away from Houston.
