Three day rain totals (Sat,Sun,Mon) show widespread .75" to 1.50" across a wide swath of southeast Texas.  It's not a drought buster but it has reduced the fire danger significantly, helped the lawns and trees and animals and should allow homeowners to stop running the sprinklers for a while.  Here are some specific three day totals.

Jersey Village  1.20"

Tomball            1.04"

Spring               1.76"

Woodlands        .84"

Downtown       1.40"

South Houston    2.16"

Friendswood   1.84"

Sugarland        1.08"

Baytown              .76"
