At this point we'll take 'slight' rain chances over no chance at all. Here's the deal. Tropical Storm 'Arlene' has formed in the southern Gulf of Mexico and will head west into Tampico Mexico toward the end of the week. Here in Houston we will see a 'slight' increase in atmospheric moisture from the storm. This combined with a 'slight' weakening in the upper level ridge of high pressure will allow the afternoon sea breeze to kick off a hand full of showers each afternoon for the next 7 days in a row, including the 4th of July.
I hope you get a shower on your lawn!
