Go Tejano day at the rodeo is bound to be a huge success today in part because of the wonderful weather the gulf coast area will experience today. Rain free conditions prevail today and for most of the week with no significant chances for rain until the following weekend.
The Galveston area continues to see great weather for spring breakers with highs in the low 70s today. Light onshore breezes will cause one to two foot seas around the beaches. An isolated shower my pop up on Tuesday with more sunshine than rain again this week. The South Texas beaches have a better chance of rain Tuesday as a Pacific system slips down the Rio Grande valley Monday evening.
