A sunny weekend thanks to high pressure overhead right through Sunday afternoon. The humidity will also be in check with humidity values ranging from 30%- 50%. This is a great weekend to catch up on outdoor activities. If It's not warm enough for you yet check out the temperatures for Sunday afternoon.
A Pacific weather system moves in to the state Sunday morning with scattered rain in the panhandle and Pecos Valley. A few sprinkles along with increasing cloud cover by Monday evening for Houston from this system, but moisture levels remain too low for anything other than isolated showers by Tuesday. The southern gulf coast area of Texas will half a better chance of rain by Monday night and Tuesday morning as the trough presses in overhead.
