The wind should be the only major issue in our forecast this evening. The wind may subside a bit as the concert ends Friday evening. The temperatures will also take a dive below the normal overnight lows to the mid 40s by Saturday morning.
By Saturday the sunshine and lighter wind flow will help make for one of better March weekends. Northerly flow continues to keep the humidity at bay for most of the weekend. Another great weather forecast for all the matinee performances this weekend.
Highs for spring breakers along the Texas gulf coast should range from the low to mid 70s from Padre Island to Galveston Island. A sunny forecast is sure thing as a high pressure ridge shifts Easterly over the state and into the gulf by Saturday evening. Warmer onshore breezes return Sunday for most of the state and will bring back a morning fog pattern for the Houston metro area by Monday morning.
