An approaching Pacific frontal boundary will move in to touch off some scattered thunder showers during the day. As the low lifts into the plains the front lingers long enough to set off a few showers Tuesday as well. Take along some rain protection as rain may interrupt some of your outdoor plans before and after the concert Monday.

A second upper low shifts into the central plains midweek, too far North to support anything more than scattered showers Wednesday morning once again. This approaching front shifts wind flow more westerly allowing readings to reach into the 70s through Thursday. A cooler Canadian air mass pushes in Thursday with readings staying below normal through the weekend. . . Highs in the 60s. . . lows in the 40s.
