High pressure holds for most of the weekend, but eventually gives way to increasing clouds and a chance for rain by Sunday evening. Temperatures start off cool Sunday morning with lows from 38 - 40 in southeast Texas.
March will come in like a lion with early estimates for rainfall by Monday for the gulf coast region ranging from one to one and half inches of rain.
