Evening thunderstorms produced quite a lightening show yesterday evening. When lightening forks and looks like it's moving in slow motion that's called 'ribbon' lightening and we may have more this afternoon and evening.
A weak surface front to our north combined with an upper level disturbance should kick off thunderstorms in our area between 3:pm and 7:pm. Officially it's a 30% chance your yard and trees will get a drink.
A cool front is forecast to move through Friday morning and make for a nice weekend with lows Sunday morning in the 50's!
