An upper level storm system will cross southeast Texas today bringing lots of rain with it. Rain totals may reach 1"-2" and I expect at least some lightening and thunder. It will also be breezy with a south wind gusting to 25mph. Because of a low freezing level, some small hail is likely in the heavier downpours. The rain comes to an end tonight.
