Today the Star of Hope has been giving out jackets and blankets for those who are homeless. It looks like we all will need those items at least until Thursday. The lows overnight will once again flirt with the freezing mark just North and West of the metro area. A fast moving upper level disturbance will swing our winds around to the East-Southeast and give us a chance of much needed although light rain by midweek. The coastal areas will likely see the best chance of rain as moisture levels are too low inland these next couple of days.
The cold wintry readings will continue state wide until Thursday as an upper level trough continues to deepen to the East of the nation.
