Stormy weather is about to make a comeback after a week of mild dry conditions. As it tuns out this is exactly how southeast Texas started the new year. The drought has been retreating with Houston officially having a surplus amount of rain for the new year. We'll add a little more rain to the monthly total by Tuesday evening.
