A flash flood watch is in effect for southeast Texas through this evening.  A tornado watch is in effect for our southwest counties until 1PM today.  We are on the dirty side of Hermine's center which will move into central Texas today.  There is enough 'spin' in the atmosphere that some of the storms could spin off a small tornado with little or no warning today.  Winds will gust to 30mph on the coast today, prompting a small craft advisory and coastal flood watch.  Waves near shore are running 6'-8' and up to 11' offshore.
