Back to back sunny and less humid days are here to stay for awhile. The temperatures may even get a little cooler next week as a series of cold fronts starts taping into cooler Canadian air. Gulf coast temperatures could get into the low to mid 50s for the first time this fall. While day time highs are set to get no higher than the upper 70s early next week. Plan on an open roof at Minute maid park as the Astros whined up there season. Meanwhile the remnants of Nicole combined with a low pressure system continue to swamp North Carolina today with over 22" of rain in Wilmington over the last 5 days. Tropical moisture will continue to pull into New England through the early part of the weekend as the remnants of Nicole drop 2" - 6" of additional rain.

Houston's weather never looked better heading into weekend. These  are the numbers for the start of the weekend . . .

Go Astros beat the Cubs !
