It's the greatest eight-letter word I can think of and when the pigskin is flying this weekend, the weather will be fall-like.  Instead of sweltering in 90° heat like we've been experiencing lately, a cool down will make it quite comfortable.  The front bringing the change arrives in College Station in the morning, so by the time of kickoff for the Aggies in their SEC opener against Florida, skies will be partly cloudy, there will be a steady north wind and the temperature will be below 90°.  Tailgaters might want to be sure they have some tie downs because winds will gust between 20 to 25 mph:

The front will be well off the coast by Sunday and in its wake, we'll enjoy a delightfully cool and dry start to the day with temperatures in the 60s!  Bright sunshine will quickly warm up the Reliant Stadium parking lot, but there won't be the normal high humidity.  By game time, the temperature may spike into the mid 80s.  The roof can only be open if the temperature is between 50° and 80°, so it will likely be closed.  Nevertheless, it will be quite nice as the Texans drown the Dolphins:
