We've been watching Tropical Storm Ernesto closely and there isn't a whole lot of change with the projected path and structure of the storm from the past 24 hours.
The government of Belize has issued a hurricane warning even though Ernesto isn't a hurricane yet. A Tropical Storm warning is in effect for the coast of Honduras from the Honduras/Nicaragua border westward to Punta Sal- including the Bay Islands.
The projected path issued by the National Hurricane Center has Ernesto intensifying to a category 1 hurricane by late Monday night or Tuesday morning. Belize may be the bullseye for landfall and then from there we'll have to see what happens to the storm.
Our local weather conditions shouldn't be impacted no matter what.
