You'll have to pull out the sprinkler this weekend to irrigate those new Spring flower beds because mother nature is not cooperating. The front pulls through the Houston Galveston area Saturday night with only a stray shower. Strong Northerly winds take over for the rest of the weekend to maintain cool overnight upper 40s to low 50s.
Sunday sets the pace for a dry work week as a high pressure ridge blocks most of the rainy weather systems until the following weekend. A deep trough moves into the state Friday leading to a good possibility of April showers by Saturday. Temperatures will remain Spring-like for much of the week.
