A front stalled on the upper Texas coast and some cool air from the north will combine for a chilly, cloudy, dreary, wet day in Houston and Southeast Texas today. Most of the rain that falls will be light, but enough to make driving a mess at times. We do expect to clear out tomorrow and stay cool, dry and sunny for the rest of the week.
