The nice recovery over the weekend is short lived as a cold front drifts in tonight. Temperatures will once again be near freezing just North of I-10. The mid to upper 30s for the rest of metro Houston to the coast. With cold breezes blowing most of the day wind chills we be in the 40s with actual temperatures reaching the 50s.
Yet another arctic air mass advances into town on Wednesday with the chances for rain much more likely. A cold blustery day with readings steadily falling during the day eventually settling into the upper 20s until at least Saturday morning. Sound familiar. . . we've been here before. The jackets are out again until the start of the weekend.
