The record low for the Houston area this morning is 11F back in 1918 so we're not setting any record lows today. But it is cold and very dry with dew points in the teens. Bundle up, cover all exposed skin and drink an extra glass of water to stay hydrated on this cold winter day. We will be cold again Thursday morning with lows again in the 20's extending into the coastal counties.
