It won't be dry for long. If you have anything to get done outdoors, do it early then get ready for heavy rain late afternoon and tonight. An upper level disturbance very evident on this water vapor satellite loop is going to create a lot of instability and lift in the atmosphere. I see a good potential for flash flooding over southeast Texas over the next 24hrs. Expect 1" - 2" of rain in a few spots especially tonight. Storms already popping around College Station/Hill country this morning heading right for us this afternoon.
