Temperatures are tumbling across the metro area this evening. Gusty North winds will continue to stream in colder Canadian air across all of Southeast Texas by Sunday morning. Eventually the numbers could be some 30 degrees colder than our highs of the mid 80s today. Even the far North poertions of our viewing area could see the upper 40s tonight.
The forecast for the metro and bay area for Sunday morning includes returning clouds with overnight lows in the mid to low 50s. Highs will barely get above the mid 60s due to thickening clouds for most of the afternoon. These clouds will linger through Monday along with the transport of chilly air for the start of the work week.
