As the summer months arrive, the rainy days seem to dry up. We're still waiting for those May showers and this could be the best chance for rain this month. A Pacific cool front is expected to arrive Wednesday and better odds for precipitation push in Friday.
Measurable rain is what we need and the odds for anywhere from .50" to 1" are possible Wednesday afternoon. As the Pacific front moves through slightly drier less humid air returns briefly Thursday. The chances for additional rain and thunderstorms quickly return as a upper level trough shifts into the region Friday.
