If this weekend is any indication, we are are in for great treat this week. The weather starts off cool yet again with a fresh cold front moving in tonight. Our viewers as far north as Huntsville, Livingston, and Conroe could start out in the upper 40s and areas near the coast like Wharton will be in the mid 50s.
A high pressure ridge will continue to dominate the weather pattern almost all week. By the end of the weekend the ridge slips east and a shallow trough drops into the state Sunday and Monday enhancing our rain chances. This should be the last chance of rainfall for April. If any additional rain reaches Houston we will once again see near normal monthly rainfall of 3.28".
