There will be some rain today. Isolated storms have been popping up in the afternoon heat for the past three days in a row and today will be no exception. However, only isolated coverage is expected today so you'll have to get real lucky to get rain.
Deeper moisture is expected over the area Tuesday and Wednesday so expect a little more coverage of showers. I've watched a couple of strong thunderstorms miss my house and yard by less than a mile or two the past two days in a row. Sheesh!
