While the weekend starts cool, we'll quickly warm back up as southerly winds return Saturday.  The increase in temperature will be accompanied by more humidity too, especially Sunday.  However, rain isn't likely to disrupt anything you have planned.

First, Saturday afternoon, join me and other KHOU 11 personalities for the KBR Kids Fun Day on Buffalo Bayou.  We'll be in the big red tent right under the Sabine Street bridge from 11 am to 3 pm.  Don't forget the bug spray, though - remember, we'll be right up on the bayou.  There will be plenty for the little ones to do and best of all, the weather will be nice.  Mostly sunny and warm with a light southerly breeze:

If you're headed up to College Station for the Aggies duel with LSU, dress comfortably.  It'll get warm quickly and bring the shades - the sun will be bright:

Then on Sunday, Reliant will be buzzing as the Texans try to bounce back against the Ravens. Heading to the game, expect cloudy skies with a warm breeze.  The humidity and temperature will steadily rise during the game.  Skies become a mix of sun and clouds.  Also, it'll probably be too warm to open the roof.  So if you're headed to the game, make sure you're nice and loud so the Ravens can't hear!  Remember, this is a game you'll see on KHOU 11:

Whatever the weather, I hope you have a great weekend!
