Its already raining across much of southeast Texas and the Houston area this morning. A Pacific cold front will enter the area early tomorrow morning and by 6:am we expect to see scattered thunderstorms ahead and along the front. Front should push the rain offshore by 10:am Thursday morning and I expect to see clearing skies and a west breeze by late afternoon.
