The record low for Bush and Hobby for this morning is 14... so no record cold but MAN IS IT COLD! Because the ground is so cold I'm getting concerned that if we do see the forecast of 1"-3" of snow Thursday night into Friday that even the surface streets, not just the overpasses, will become icy and impassable. This would / could shut down the city on Friday with schools and businesses closed. If this happens just stay home and do not try to drive around. The snow is expected to start Thursday evening and last through the day Friday.
