Clouds will be thickening up today ahead of a storm system moving in from the west.  It will bring a 50% chance for scattered thunderstorms on Wednesday, but at this time I don't see any severe storms coming.  California is getting round two of heavy rain today and the threat for flash flooding and mud slides is going up from San Francisco to Los Angeles.  Here's a look at the map.  Its that low pressure area now in New Mexico and Colorado that brings us the rain chance tomorrow.

The computer suggests that the best chance for rain will be along and east of I-45 tomorrow.
