Another frosty night ahead with lows from 28 - 32 degrees across much of the upper Texas coast. The dry arctic air will work in conjunction with lighter winds and clear skies to lay down a frosty coating on your plants and windshields by morning. The South Texas gulf coast region even has a chance for frost with a frost warning in effect until morning.
Cities like Port Lavaca, Beeville, Kingsville and Corpus Christi will see a February frost with only the immediate Rio Grande Valley seeing readings above the freezing mark. The rest of the state will also chill down tonight. Looks like your heater will get another workout this week at least until Wednesday morning with lows in the low to mid 30s.
