HOUSTON—A woman has been charged after leaving her child in the car so she could go into a bar for a drink, according to court documents.
Amy Cooney, 31, is charged with endangering a child.
Authorities say that on September 9, Cooney left her child in imminent danger of bodily and mental injury.
Her bail has been set at $2,000.
