KATY, Texas—Two men in odd disguises—including orange traffic vests, sunglasses and a fake mustache—held up a Katy area credit union at gunpoint, according to authorities.
Around 1:50 p.m. on Monday, the two suspects entered the 1st Community Credit Union on the 23100 block of Cinco Ranch Blvd. They pointed guns at the employees and demanded cash before escaping in a gray sedan with an undisclosed amount of money.
No injuries were reported.
The suspects are described as white males, one in his mid-to-late 20s and the other in his mid-40s. Both were wearing orange traffic vests and dark sunglasses. The younger man had a fake mustache and a dark baseball cap. The older robber was wearing a painter’s mask and a maroon baseball cap.
