HOUSTON -– Police in North Texas have released two surveillance photos of a man suspected in a string of retail fraud cases across the state.

Flower Mound police say the suspect, described as a white or Hispanic male with a thin build and dark hair, stole the identities of several people. He allegedly used the IDs to open accounts at stores in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Memphis.

The fraudulent charges total more than $50,000, police say.

Video shows the man walks with a limp and occasionally uses a motorized scooter. He often wears a pink tie with a blue long sleeved dress shirt.

Anyone with info can call the Flower Mound Police Department at 972-874-3307.
