NEW WAVERLY, Texas – A New Waverly High School student is in big trouble for calling in a phony bomb threat Thursday morning.
The school was evacuated for about 90 minutes while bomb-sniffing dogs searched it.
The juvenile accused of calling in the threat is being held in the Walker County Jail.
He is charged with making a false alarm report, which is a felony.
