HOUSTON – Investigators have released a sketch of one of two suspects accused in a home invasion robbery in southwest Houston.

The robbery occurred shortly before midnight Dec. 26, 2013 in the 11600 block of W. Bellfort near S. Kirkwood, according to the Houston Police Department.

Police said two women in their 20s and a male juvenile were in an apartment when they heard loud knocking at the front door. Both suspects announced themselves as police officers and then forced their way into the home.

The suspects demanded cash and narcotics but found neither. They then took personal items and fled the scene. During the robbery, all three victims were physically assaulted, police said.

Witnesses described the suspects as white males in their mid- to late-30s. Both were dressed in dark, tactical type gear.
