HOUSTON—The FBI needs the public’s help identifying a suspect who allegedly robbed a J.P. Morgan Chase Bank in northwest Houston Thursday afternoon.
The “Blue Collar Bandit was wearing work coveralls when he walked into the bank in the 7800 block of Long Point around 12:20 p.m.
He handed the teller a threatening note demanding cash, then fled after receiving an unknown amount of cash. No one was physically hurt.
He then fled the scene on foot.
The suspect is said to be between 45 and 55 years old, stands 5 feet 9 to 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs between 175 and 200 pounds. He had a gray and black hair, and a gray beard. He was wearing large-frame eye glasses.
