HOUSTON – Deputies are hoping the public can help them find three women suspected of burglarizing a vehicle at a business in the Richmond area late last month.

It happened at 6:56 p.m. on Sept. 23 in the parking lot of Kids R Kids located in the 1200 block of Crabb River Road.

The victim told deputies that sometime between 6:15 p.m. and 6:35 p.m., someone broke her driver’s side door window and had stole her sister’s purse. Contents in the purse included credit cards, a checkbook, $20 cash and a black leather wallet.

Later in the evening, the victims contacted the deputies to report that one of the credit cards had been used at a nearby CVS pharmacy. Further investigation by detectives found that credit cards also had been used at the Target in Rosenberg’s Brazos Town Center.

The suspects used the credit cards to purchase gift cards totaling $1,000.

Deputies released surveillance video of the suspects and are asking anyone with information to call Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office at 281-341-4665, Fort Bend Crime Stoppers, Inc. at 281-342-TIPS (8477) or text plus the tip to CRIMES (274637). Tips also can be submitted online at www.fortbend-tx-crimestoppers.org.
