HOUSTON—A man has been charged for allegedly firing a gun on the Texas Southern University campus.
Dontelly L Dickerson, 21, has been charged for exhibition of firearms.
Dickerson was staying as an unauthorized guest on the TSU campus. Three witnesses observed him reveal a .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun in a campus parking lot around 11:30 p.m. on April 17, according to TSU police. He fired the handgun into the air multiple times.
