HOUSTON—A man accused of grabbing a woman in a parking lot near HCC’s Spring Branch campus is now charged with rape.
Cebero Ochoa is also charged with public lewdness and theft and was behind bars on $52,000 bond Friday.
The parking lot incident is just one of four attacks on women on or near the HCC campus over the past month.
It wasn’t clear if police suspect Ochoa in any of the other cases.
