HOUSTON – A 19-year-old woman has been charged with capital murder in the shooting death of a potential witness to an aggravated robbery.
Charges were filed against Erin Allender on Tuesday.
According to court documents, Allender conspired with the Sonya Amador and a third suspect to shoot and kill Milton Flores on June 30, 2010.
Investigators said Flores was robbed by Amador’s brother, Felix Amador, and was set to testify against him.
Flores’ body was found in his car.
Sonya Amador was arrested last year.
