HOUSTON – Crime Stoppers and investigators with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office are hoping the public can help track down a man accused of sexually assaulting a little girl.
On February 26, 2012, investigators said Domingo Diaz was invited to a home near Aldine Mail Road to fix a broken lock on one of the bedroom doors.
The victim, 3, was playing in her bedroom when Diaz came in to work.
The victim’s mother said Diaz later emerged from the room, appearing nervous as he left the home.
The victim later said Diaz had touched her private parts and sexually assaulted her.
Diaz was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child on June 14, 2012, but he has not been arrested.
His last known address was near the 8000 block of Mount Houston Road in Houston.
Anyone with information on Diaz’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8477.
