NEW YORK –Authorities arrested a man Thursday in New York for the alleged murder of a man in Harris County.
Authorities said Theodore Dominguez killed his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend in Harris County in 1998.
"The investigation and arrest conducted by New York FBI agents led to the safe capture of Dominguez and we were pleased that we could assist our law enforcement partners in Texas," said FBI Special Agent Richard Kolko in New York.
