HOUSTON – Police are asking for the public’s help in finding three suspects they say robbed and injured a man who was returning a movie at a Red Box stand in a Walgreen’s parking lot last month.

Police said a 31-year-old man was returning the movie outside the Walgreens in the 4841 block of Mount Houston Rd. around 7:45 p.m. on Dec. 28 when he was approached by a woman and two men.

Police said the woman suspect began yelling expletives at the victim before the two men pushed him to the pavement and struck him in the stomach and head.

Authorities said the suspects stole the victim’s wallet and fled the scene in a white Toyota Corolla with dark-tinted windows.

Police said the bone surrounding the victim's left eye socket was fractured.

The suspects were captured on surveillance camera entering the store moments before the robbery.

Police said the two male suspects were between the ages of 18 and 22,  about 6 feet tall and had stocky builds. The female suspect was about 20 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighed about 130 pounds.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8477. A reward of up to $5,000 will be given for information that leads to an arrest.
