HOUSTON – A stalled train blocked traffic at some intersections located north of Washington Avenue and south of Interstate 10.
The train runs parallel to Washington avenue and blocked traffic on South Shepherd, Durham, Patterson and Westcott.
Drivers were advised to avoid the area and use the Yale Street Bridge to get by.
