Eastbound and Westbound lanes of I-10 in Jefferson County could be closed near Winnie until as late as Wednesday. The closure follows a tanker truck crash over the weekend. Crews are working to clear up iso-butane, a highly flammable material.
Highway 73 is an alternate route for people traveling east to Beaumont or Louisiana. Highway 90 is an alternate for people traveling west into Houston.
