The 19th annual "Ride to Work Day" is scheduled for Monday, June 21st, that encourages commuters to use their motorcycle and scooters to ride to work. Among the stated objectives are to call attention to the number of two-wheel riders that can be on the roads and to encourage people to use the vehicles they may already own to save fuel, reduce CO2 emissions, and reduce traffic and parking congestion. An added incentive -- motorcycles are allowed in the HOV lanes.
